In this payout ticket you can see that I won a slot machine jackpot for $4800! This was the first jackpot that I had won.

I was playing a $5 machine and I only started with $150. I won this jackpot with one spin of the machine. My lucky numbers are 3,4 and 5. You can see that the days date was the 13th and when you add those numbers together you get, 1+3=4. The number 4 another formula is adding the month, day and year of the numbers together. You do this by adding them all together, 11/11/2007=1+1+1+3+2+0+0+5=13, reduce it further 1+3=4. The number 4 appearing once again.
